Paneer Tikka Recipe
To make Paneer Tikka, first cut the paneer thickly into square pieces. Then to marinate the paneer, take curd in a big bowl and add ginger paste, black pepper and salt to it and beat it well. After this, put the cheese pieces in it and marinate it well and keep it covered for about half an hour. Now cut the onion into big pieces and separate its slices. Then cut the tomatoes into thin and round slices and then remove the seeds and cut the capsicum into thin long pieces. After this, marinate all these things in curd and keep it covered for half an hour.
Now take an iron rod and put pieces of cheese, onion, capsicum and tomato in it one by one. Then repeat the same sequence and apply some butter on top. After this, keep the salaai in tandoor and cook it till it becomes golden from both the sides. If you do not have a tandoor in your house, you can also bake them on gas flame.
